The installation of the first 50 shelters at public transport stops will be finished late in May, but all 300 shelters of the 2nd stage are due to be installed until August 29, 2021.
It should be reminded that earlier the first stage of installing shelters was implemented, during which new shelters were installed at 300 different public transport sport stops, based on passenger flow. It should be noted that the shelters are installed by a private investor and neither “Rīgas satiksme”, nor the city participates in this process with its budget funds.
